If any of the products that we sell you are faulty or break when they shouldn’t, send it back to us with a note explaining what’s wrong. We will either refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. We will cover the cost of the postage back to us and of sending you a replacement.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with the things that you buy from us. If something doesn’t turn out to be your dream purchase or is the wrong size or colour send it back to us as new with the original packaging within 14 days and we’ll happily give you a refund or swap it. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement out to you but you will need to cover the cost of returning the original items.
Availability of Product
Active Kiwi makes every effort to keep our stock levels online as accurate as possible. Occasionally we may sell out of a particular product and it may not be available in the timeframes we hope. In these cases we will make contact with you and to let you know about options including refund, estimated time to re-stock or alternate product options.
