Ways to Pay
You can pay online using Visa or MasterCard. We have chosen the tried and tested BuyPoint payment service from the National Bank of New Zealand to carry out all transactions. You will be connected to their own secure server when making payment - 100% guaranteed. Your payment details will be sent to and processed directly by The National Bank of New Zealand and will not be disclosed to Active Kiwi at any point.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. If you don't have a credit card but would like to shop with us please send a cheque or money order in NZ$ with details of the items that you require to:

When paying by cheque items will be sent to you as soon as funds have been cleared. Remember to include in the amount payable the value of the goods plus shipping costs if applicable.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with the things that you buy from us. If something doesn't turn out to be your dream purchase or is the wrong size or colour send it back to us as new with the original packaging within 14 days and we'll happily give you a refund or swap it. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement out to you but you will need to cover the cost of returning the original items
