A great present, buy a friend or family member a online gift voucher and let them make the decision about what they would like to buy. If they want to put the value towards something more expensive, they can. We will email you an e-voucher which you can then either forward along with a personalised note to the person who is receiving the gift, or print out and post to them. Purchase more than one voucher to get the exact online gift voucher amount you would like to send – one e-voucher will be sent out. To make sure that the person receiving the online gift voucher gets full value we will add the postage that you pay onto the value of the voucher they receive(i.e you buy a $5 voucher and pay $7.50 postage, we will send a $12.50 voucher out.) All online gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Your payment details will be sent to and processed directly by The National Bank of New Zealand and will not be disclosed to Active Kiwi at any point.

Exchanges & Refunds We want you to be happy with the things that you buy from us. If something doesn't turn out to be your dream purchase or is the wrong size or colour send it back to us as new with the original packaging within 14 days and we'll happily give you a refund or swap it. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement out to you but you will need to cover the cost of returning the original items
